1. What is SGP Laminated Glass?

SGP laminated glass is a high-performance safety glass made by permanently bonding two or more glass panes together with an SGP interlayer under high heat and pressure. Compared to traditional PVB interlayer laminated glass, SGP represents a major leap in strength, rigidity, and optical performance.

2. Core Properties & Advantages

• Ultra-High Strength and Rigidity: The strength is about 5 times that of traditional PVB interlayers, and the rigidity can reach up to 100 times. Even if the glass breaks, the SGP interlayer maintains a high residual load-bearing capacity, preventing it from sagging or collapsing.

  
  

• Superior Clarity and Weather Resistance: Features a very low yellowing index and exceptional optical clarity, resisting yellowing even after long-term exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays and weathering.
